All purchases made for digital content, in-game items, or upgrades on Friends Club are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

    Eligible for Refund:
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • You made a purchase without receiving the item or feature due to a system malfunction.
  • Your account was compromised and purchases were made fraudulently (with proof and investigation).
    Not Eligible for Refund:
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You made the purchase by mistake.
  • You no longer want or use the purchased item or feature.
  • In-game items or credits that have been partially used or consumed.

Subscription Plans (if applicable)


If you purchased a subscription plan (e.g., Friends Club Premium):

  • You may cancel anytime, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing cycle.
  • If a subscription renewal was processed in error, contact us within 48 hours of charge to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for refund request
We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

If you made a purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), their refund policies apply, and you must contact them directly.
