This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to any physical products or merchandise sold or distributed by Friends Club. These may include branded items, event passes, gifts, or promotional materials associated with our social networking and gaming platform. Friends Club does not deal with physical products, I’ll also include a note on that.

Order Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes


We offer standard and express shipping options:

  • Region Standard Shipping Express Shipping India 4–8 business days 1–3 business days
  • International 10–20 business days 5–10 business days
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

  • Free shipping may be available for select promotions or order minimums.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time via the courier's website.

Delivery Issues


We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses
  • Missed deliveries due to absence at delivery address
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received

Non-Deliverable Packages / Returns to Sender


If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept, the customer may:

  • Request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • Request a refund minus original shipping costs

Digital-Only Users


If you only use Friends Club for digital services (social networking, online games, friend matching), this policy does not apply as no physical goods are shipped. For digital content, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Changes to This Policy


We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy to reflect changes in operations, shipping partners, or regulations. Any changes will be posted here with the updated effective date.
